We started our club with 2 students in 2003 at Stour Row Village Hall, from this small beginning we grew steadily through our first few months to a membership of over 20. Basing our training on hard work and commitment, we started to form the basis of a good squad that over the next couple of years started to achieve good results in competitions as well as gradings. Our highest position in the national league at the moment is second and we look to improve on this in the future.

We also have a good number of students that enjoy the non competition side of karate which gives the club a good balance with something for every one to enjoy.
